Search Engine Experience: "Search Engine Experience" Confirming what we already suspected, eMarketer.com has posted a study showing the top 5 search engines and the feelings consumers had using them. Google is number one used and number one in satisfaction, followed by Yahoo!. MSN had the lowest satisfaction rating among the top 5; I'm sure they'll be working to correct this with their new search engine. If anyone has never spent time on eMarketer's site, I highly recommend it. They're a great source for SEM studies.
